St Andrew's is the parish church for everyone in Halstead. The church's distinctive tower, at the top of the high street, can be seen across most of the town. You will find a warm welcome at the church, whether you come for Sunday services or our midweek activities. Do pay us a visit!

Our services take place at the following times:
<span style="font-size: 1rem; -webkit-text-size-adjust: 100%;">Sunday, 10.30am - on the first, third, and fourth Sundays, a traditional service with organ and choir. </span>
Sunday, 10.30am - on the second Sunday of the month, an informal all-age service, designed to engage children as well as adults, with Holy Communion
Sunday, 7pm - on the fourth Sunday of the month, an informal and contemporary service, Ignite, meeting in the church hall, with proper coffee from 6.30pm. We also hold occasional Taize-style services on Sunday evenings, and periodic memorial services.
Tuesday, 9.30am - Morning Prayer
Thursday, 10am - a short service of Holy Communion, followed by tea and coffee and a chance to chat.
During the week, the Foodbank is open on Mondays from 10am til 12pm and 5.30pm til 7.30pm Soul Food prepare fresh meals for takeaway, see our Facebook page or contact the parish office for more details; Wonder Kids toddler group meets on Tuesdays from 9.30am to 11am; and on Fridays there is a coffee morning from 9.30am. We also run regular study courses (such as the Pilgrim course).
